  • 10 -10:45 am: Roundtable discussion, a different topic each month
  • 10:45-11:15 am: Announcements
    • Board (including review of any voting issues for afternoon business meeting)
    • Membership (organizational news, open positions, etc.)
    • Arts Councils (any deadlines, new info not provided in consent agenda)
  • 11:15am-12:00 pm: "Presenting….." genre-specific booking presentation
  • 12-12:30 pm: Open-genre booking discussion
  • 12:30 - 1:30 pm: Lunch
  • 1:30 - 2:00 pm: TBA – changing topics
  • 2:00 - 2:30 pm: Business meeting
