- 9:30 -10:00 am: Informal Networking with coffee (bring your own!) and pastries (provided)
- 10 -10:45 am: Roundtable discussion, a different topic each month
- 10:45-11:15 am: Announcements
- Board (including review of any voting issues for afternoon business meeting)
- Membership (organizational news, open positions, etc.)
- Arts Councils (any deadlines, new info not provided in consent agenda)
- 11:15am-12:00 pm: "Presenting….." genre-specific booking presentation
- 12-12:30 pm: Open-genre booking discussion
- 12:30 - 1:30 pm: Lunch
- 1:30 - 2:00 pm: TBA – changing topics
- 2:00 - 2:30 pm: Business meeting
